I am located here in the Columbus,Ga area. My Goal is to transform every client by enhancing their natural beauty, all services can be customized to your likings! ____________________________________ REQUIRED FORMS & WAIVERS All required intake forms and waivers must be completed prior to your appointment. Failure to complete required forms may result in appointment cancellation, rescheduling, or refusal of service. ____________________________________ PAYMENTS: • A non-refundable retainer is required to book appointments and goes toward your service. YOUR APPOINTMENT CAN’T BE APPROVED WITHOUT IT AND THIS WILL GO TOWARDS YOUR SERVICE. • Appointments are reserved with your debit/credit card and the remaining balance is taken the day of the appointment via Card, Cash, Buy Now, Pay Later, or Apple Pay. _________________________________________ POLICES: • Absolutely NO phone calls or texting while being serviced. This slows down the service time and makes my job a lot harder! • MAKEUP AND LASH CLIENTS: PLEASE ARRIVE WITH FACE CLEAN AND IF YOU NEED A BROW CLEAN UP LET ME KNOW. •IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT PLEASE NOTIFY ME. • If you are 15 mins late you will be asked to reschedule!
